Good Morning🖐🏽 Here is a message from our yoga instructor Armando @the_meditating_mango : “Hey folks, So this time of the year can be quite stressful for a lot of people with work pressure, end of year deadlines coming up and daily life stress. So I have decided to design a yoga class specifically to release stress and anxiety for all levels. This class will consist of relaxing Music, gentle movements and deep breathing all designed to slow your whole body and mind down, for you to relax your system and release tension. No past yoga experience needed, flexibility or high fitness level - just bring yourself as you are in comfortable clothes! I do have mats if you would like, otherwise you’re welcome to bring your own.
